ÖZET
Yönetim bir karar verme
süreci olarak tanımlanabilmektedir. Bu sebeple, karar verme
süreci stratejik bir öneme sahiptir. Çünkü, kurumların
geleceği, verilecek bu kararların doğruluğu ve uygun zamanda
verilmesi ile yakından ilgilidir. Kararlar, bireyler ve
gruplar tarafından verilebilir ve farklı koşullarda
alınabilir. Bu nedenle, alınan kararlar birbirinden
farklılık gösterebilir. Karar destek sistemleri,
yöneticilerin karar verme sürecinde onların karar
vermelerine yardımcı olan sistemlerdir. Böylece verilecek
kararların daha iyi olması, yönetsel etkinlik ve kurumsal
verimliliğin artması sağlanabilecektir.

ABSTRACT
Management is
defined as a decision-making process. In this reason,
decison making process has got a strategic magnitude.
Because, future of the associatons depends on the correct of
the decisions and which will be given in suitable time. The
decisions are able to given in different conditions by
persons and groups. For that reason, the taking decisions
might be different from each other. Decision support systems(DSSs),
are the systems which help to the managers to decide in
decision-making process. Thus, the decisions will be given
to be beter and it will be able to be provided of increasing
institutional productivity and managerial efficiency,
