ÖZET
Kendine özgü
bir model kapsamındaki Osmanlı kamusal hizmet alanında
önemli bir yer
edinmiş olan vakıflar sayısız hizmetleriyle toplumsal yasama
çeşitli yönlerden katkıda
bulunmuştur. Temelde insanlara faydalı olma amacını taşıyan
bu sosyal kurumlar toplumun
sosyal refahında sağladığı düzenleyici ve iyileştirici rolü
ile Osmanlıda bireylerin gönüllü
katılımlarıyla kamusal hizmetlerin sunumuna katlıda
bulunmalarına aracılık etmiştir. Bu
çalışmada Osmanlı vakıf anlayışının temeli, vakıfların
hizmet alanları ve bu hizmetlerin
sunulmasıyla sağlanan faydalar incelenmiştir.

ABSTRACT
In this paper
focused on the foundation in the Ottoman Empire, which how
playing role of the public goods and services. This study
pointed out that foundations are not to new to us. In the
Ottoman Empire period foundations mainly used to undertake
the maintenance of mosques, schools and other services.
During that term foundations had a significant role and
impact of the regulatory and well-being roles on the public
goods and services.
This study also expressed that foundations other charitable
organizations to play a leading role in the political,
social and economic life. Because of this reasons this study
takes a look Ottoman foundations approaches and basis, and
finally makes beneficial evaluation concern with services
area and provided benefits.
