ÖZET
Toplumsal
bir varlık olarak tarih öncesi dönemlerden beri önce küçük
guruplar sonra örgütlenen ve büyüyen çeşitli topluluklar
içinde varlığını sürdüren insan, çevresini saran öznel ya da
nesnel gerçeklikle değerlendirilir. Bu topluluklar içinden
çıkan sanatçılar da bu toplumsal çevrede ve bu çevrenin
kendine özgü yaşam ve düşünce tarzı içinde yetişir.
Sanatçının yaratıcılığının gelişimindeki en önemli etken
çevresidir. Çünkü yaratıcılık doğuştan gelir ve çevreden
etkilendiği oranda gelişir. Her sanatçı yaratıcılığının
boyutları doğrultusunda bu edimleri sanatsal üretimine
yansıtır. Toplumsal değerleri yükseltecek, daha gelişmiş ve
ileri düzeyde bir yaşam kalitesi sağlayacak, çağımız
insanını yabancılaşma tehlikesinden koruyacak en etkin yol
sanatsal üretim ve tüketimdeki nitelik ve kalitedir.
Sanatsal üretim de tüketim de gelişmiş bir sanat eğitimini
gerektirmektedir.

THE INFLUENCE OF ENVIRONMENT TO ARTIST`S CREATIVITY AND ART
EDUCATION
The human,
as a social creature by nature with his/her existince
firstly in small communities afterwards various organized
and growing societies, has been evaluated by subjective and
objective reality around. The artists that come from such
societies grow up in a social environment and with the
societies` style of living and thought. The main factor to
an artist`s creative improvement is the environment. Because
some people may be born with a talent and in a good
environment can be much improved. Every artist reflects that
performance on his/her artistic production according to
their creative dimensions. The most effective way that
enhances social values, provides more developed and advanced
quality of life and at the same time protects people`s
culture from alienation is what judges an artistic
production. An improved education system will automatically
improve artistic production and consumption.
