Artık sabit
giderlerin değişken giderlere dönüştürülmesinin gerekli
olduğu ekonomik yapıda, İş Güvence Yasası’nın uygulamaya
konulacağı bir dönemde ilk akla gelen, başarılı uygulamaları
kıyaslama yolu ile tespit ederek “verimlilik” için yani “iç
kaynak yaratmak” amacı ile “dış kaynak kullanımı” en önemli
karar olacaktır. Bu bağlamda outsourcing, işletmelerin asıl
işlevi olmayan aktivitelerini sözleşmeler ile işin ehli
uzmanlara ve/veya birimlere daha hızlı, daha iyi ve daha
ucuza yaptırma işlevidir.

ABSTRACT
In an economic structure where the fixed costs should change
to variable costs, in a period when Work Security Law is
about to be put into action, the first thing that comes to
mind is that successful applications be detected through
comparative method, for the sake of "productivity", that is
in order to "create internal resources", "using external
resources" will be the most important decision. In this
regard, "outsourcing" is to have the experts and/or units do
the activities that are not the main function of the
businesses through agreements in a cheaper and faster way.
