ÖZET
ABSTRACT
Developing or least-developed countries which make effort to
develop have moved towards developed countries in order to
meet capital needs. This has made the issue of foreign debt
as an important concept as far as developing or least
developed countries are concerned. For Kyrgyzstan, which is
a in transition and development process, foreign borrowing
is important as far as development process is concerned.
Therefore, foreign borrowing and foreign debt management
concepts should be concerned adequately and some measures
should be taken.
