ÖZET
Bu çalışma;
17. yüzyıldan itibaren sivil toplum kavramının kuramsal
altyapısını hazırlayan teorisyenlerin bu kavrama
yükledikleri farklı anlamlar bağlamında yürütülen
tartışmalardan hareketle sivil toplum arayışlarına bir
ışık olmayı hedeflemektedir. Bu çerçevede sivil toplum
tartışmalarının kopuş ve süreklilik trendi üzerinden sosyo-politik
bir analizi yapılmakta ve farklı toplumsal formasyonlarda
yaşayan, farklı idealleri taşıyan ve hayat algılayışları
ciddi anlamda farklılık arz eden siyaset bilimci ve
kuramcılarının kavrama kattıkları yeni anlamlar analojik
düzlemde irdelenmektedir.

ABSTRACT
This study
aims to be inspring about new and modern civil society
concept by initializing from the discussions of 17th
century theorists within the context of their attributions
subjected for this notion. In this framework, the socio-polical
analysis relevant with the civil society discussions has
been for the respect of their continuity and beraking
points depending on the period where they had lived. The
elaboration for the considerarion of the political
scientist, who had different social formation and share
diffenret ideals and different point of views,
paradaxocially can be found in this article.
